On January 2010, Mayors of 21 cities from 11 countries will gather in Maardu (Estonia) and discuss winter cities problems. They will exchange most valuable experience and try to figure out, what is "Winter City Ecology" and what challenges are on it's way.

The city of Tromsø hosted the 2009 WWCAN Working-Level Officials Meeting(WLOM) 19 to 21 August 2009. We were proud that we could welcome representatives from nine cities and six countries to Tromsø.
